Would you like to join the District Exec?

The AGM is fast approaching and we are looking to recruit some new members to our District Executive Committee for the next year.

We are looking for people with a variety of skills, backgrounds and experiences as well as those not already in a uniformed role elsewhere.

In particular, we are looking for a new Secretary whose responsibilities would include distributing the agenda prior to the meeting, taking the minutes, distributing the minutes after a meeting and dealing with any correspondence. They would also be responsible for taking and preparing the minutes at the 2020 AGM. This role is only open to non-uniformed adults.
