We know that we have a few Groups within the District that are without Training Advisors (TAs) at the moment.
If you have leaders in your group that need training validating, then why not arrange an evening with Wendy our Local Training Manager (LTM) where she can come and validate any training required.
Having a few Leaders available on the same evening allows us to work more efficiently and have time to visit more Groups.
