This weekend we have the first working weekend of the year at Tablers Wood and all help would be appreciated to complete the action points below:
- Tree Planting – we have acquired a lot of trees which all need a new home. Spades, saws, axes.
- Fencing – starting around the septic tank and then along the dyke. Hammers, saws, post hole borer.
- Demolish the old Explorer Cabin – Hard hats, safety goggles.
- Tree Felling
- Spring clean all buildings
Please bring any of the equipment listed above if you have it. Work gloves will be provided. If you have any other equipment you think would be useful, please bring it too!
You are welcome to stay and camp, but will need to be self sufficient with food etc. Everyone will need appropriate clothing and footwear.
Explorers are welcome to attend and camp, a NAN form will need to be completed though.
