2021 Subs – HQ will still be collecting subs and probably County but not confirmed yet. District will cover membership fee for 2021 ONLY (£3.75 no charge to Groups) 2022 will go back to normal with possible increase.
Tablers’ Wood closed until September and then will open in same financial position as it is at the moment.|

DC Report:
District Newsletter coming out more often to get info out as soon as possible.
St. George’s Day rewards announced by District on 26th April and will be presented in person when face to face Scouting resumes.

Adult Training:
Ongoing training online esp. Safeguarding and Safety, deadline for training 31st May. HQ to send out reminders.
DBS renewals-No DBSs to be processed at the moment, a 3 month grace, once face to face Scouting resumes they will have to completed in 90 days.

Staying Safe Online:
Remember the Yellow Card if doing  online/virtual Scouting. Still needs to have 2 adults, never talk to a Young Person 1 to 1. Think about what is going on in the background when online.
Any concerns about a Young Person still follow Yellow Card.

Young Leaders:
Mod K training in June has been cancelled. County will hopefully organise another training session. If face to face Scouting not started again in September we will have to consider virtual training.
Lucy can still sign off competed Missions if they are emailed to her at descyl@blacktoftbeacon-scouts.org.uk
Provisional Training Dates:
