Two weeks ago we took 13 Explorers and Network members to Scarefest at Alton Towers and what a great day it was!
Despite the rain, everyone enjoyed getting to know members of other Groups and Units from around the District as we went around the park together in one big group.
We rode on all the big roller coasters, saving some of the best until last, so we could ride them in the dark! Short queues later on even meant that we could do this 3 or 4 times in a row!
All the Explorers were a credit to the District and their Units and we hope to see them again next year!
