11th May Sleepover is now FULL. There are a limited number of spaces left for the April Sleepover.
Please find below more details for the Cub Deep Sleepovers, to use when advertising to your Packs.
- Arrival – 6:30pm on the Friday evening.
- Pick up – 8:00am on the Saturday morning. All Cubs & Leaders need to be out of the building by 8:15am to allow The Deep staff to get ready for the day.
- Kit List – Please download the PDF to see what Cubs need to bring with them.
- Don’t forget a packed supper to be eaten around 8:30pm. It is advisable that Cubs have something to eat before they arrive too.
Please note…
The numbers that you give by the closing date will be the numbers that you pay for on the night, so for your benefit please make sure these are correct for Cubs, Young Leaders & Adults.
Rachael will email to confirm these 2 weeks before the closing date. Closing dates are as follows:
- 6th April – Bookings in by 25th February 2018.
- 11th May – Bookings in by 1st April 2018.
