Below is the process for forms and approvals required for Nights Away, during COVID restrictions.

Please read carefully before planning your residential activity.

  1. Create/update your COVID Risk Assessment to include Nights Away activities.
  2. Submit this COVID Risk Assessment to the District for approval, via the HQ form.
  3. Await approval of this COVID Risk Assessment, before advertising the event to your Young People.
    Please DO NOT submit a NAN Form until you have an approved COVID Risk Assessment that includes Nights Away activities.
  4. Once approval for your COVID Risk Assessment has been received from the District, prepare your Nights Away Activity Risk Assessment.
  5. Submit your NAN Form, uploading both Risk Assessments to the document folder on OneDrive.
  6. Await approval of your NAN Form from the District.
  7. Enjoy your Nights Away experience!
